JODPHUR

This city is far cleaner and a lot more organised than the other 2 I've been to to date.
The main market's clean and well structured and I took a walk into the city as well, which was ok to walk in and had a number of places I'd happily eat in.
Not likely though as the food here at GEETA MAHAL is first class!
Amongst the best I've had to date!
And at a pittance really.......that wonderful meal I posted earlier cost 220 rupees (under R50).
My large beers cost close to that at 180 rupees (R40) each.
Blisteringly hot from 1 till 4, when one is forced to shelter in the a/c room for a few hours, but now at 7 pm comfortably cool.
It is after all in the desertπŸ˜…
Tomorrow I've decided to catch a local bus out to a small (abandoned I think) town (Osyan) located 65 km from here, which has some interesting Hindu buildings and ruins. It's gonna be hot enough to boil a monkeys bum!!!!!
