Traffic virtually never comes to a standstill and red robot mean very little.
Often,whilst driving around, I believe we must surely be in a 1 way road, only to suddenly find that we're not.
These okes clearly work on the principle ......if it's not being used,use it.Similarly, if you're turning right at a traffic light and the guys a bit slow in front...no problem....just go into the oncoming traffic lane and cut around the obstacle.
