It's so much cleaner than the others I've visited so far!
And the retail elements seem a lot more organised and inviting.
I took a quick stroll down to the CLOCK TOWER market situated a few hundred metres from my hotel.As I stepped down from a very nice spice shop some wanker doing 40 kph on a moped whacked my shin and took off some skin.
This is a huge problem here in India, where these dickheads scream around the tiny passageways at breakneck speed amongst pedestrians and children playing outside.
They spot a gap of 20 metres and accelerate rather than making their way sedately through as happens generally in other countries like Greece.
And there're hundreds of them around virtually every corner.
Pity really as this aspect has the ability to drastically affect their economy .
I mean tourists are not gonna walk around shopping if there's a good chance they get whacked by a speeding motorcycle every now and again!!
Anyway this seems a nice place and has some interesting architecture.
Particularly this stepped well which , goes down a good five stories and used to be the only source of water in this part of the desert for the region.
