The Jaipur-Delhi leg had been a very small local JET AIRLINES plane and I reckon they did an oil change and service at Jaipur using my trusty old bag as a trolley under the sump of the aircraft (probably why they delayed the flight?).
What went in was a clean canvas type bag that's served me faithfully for many years.
What I got back was wet and covered in engine oil????
The plastic body containing the wheels had been virtually ripped from the baggage compartments and was basically ruined.
Of course if that was say EMIRATES ( which is taking me home now) there could be a comeback.Clearly not the case with a small Indian carrier.
Well I'll make sure I never use them again!
Lucky I got anything back after that sort of "handling"!
I don't have before photos but this bag is tough as nails and was clean as a whistle before these idiots hot hold of it!
I've never,in 30 years of extensive travel,had my luggage abused in this manner!
Now it's fucked!
