STILL ANTALYA

We moved this morning from our very nice (albeit small) boutique hotel in the centre of Khaleici,to a huge room (35m2) just up the road.

Must say ,I like a but of space when travelling when staying for more than a night or two.

We'll be here now for 3 nights then off ( by bus) to our next destination,Pamukkale.

Two nights there,then an overnight bus to Istanbul where we'll spend the last night before waiting the entire last day for our flight at 1am in the morning.

Probably spend the better part of that day at the excellent Istanbul museum,and pass out all the way back home😁

Around Antalya are a number of excellent Roman ruins ( Perge/Side/Aspendos) which we've been through in the past so I might spend some time at Antalya museum to consolidate what we'd already seen some time ago.Too hot for Cheryl to spend an entire day traipsing 15 km around those ruins again.

It's stinking hot here still so makes more sense to spend time at the place shown below ,at the sea,or at the pool at our present hotel.

Apparently going to close to be 40 degrees over the next few days!😅
