HOI AN










We moved today to a slightly more central area on the outskirts of the national heritage old village district.
It also has a small pool,essential for cooling off after a hot afternoon walk and lunch (just got out).
Today we stopped inside the old village and had spring roll,.....a few grilled prawns 🍀,smothered in an amazing garlic,onion and lemongrass sauce.
Transferred the sauce to a dish of fried rice and vegetables for probably the most sensational taste so far.
That ,...with a couple of beers 🍻 in this far more touristic and upmarket venue ,.....cost around R130.



The pic shows the prawns with sauce ,....which we added later to a large plate of “flied lice”.
